Saket Maintenance revised

Image
Friends, the new bill structure, passed in today's SGM and applicable w.e.f. April 1, 2016 is as follows: A) Common per door Rs. 1432/- B) BS items psq Rs. 0.78/- So for 575 sq ft: 1432+449= 1881/- For 840 sq ft: 1432 +655= 2087. If you want to know your charge multiply your area by 0.78 and add 1432 to it and get your maintenance. It was also decided to increase maintenance upto 10% every year. Some people did try to mislead members but wiser counsels prevailed. We thank all members for taking a rational and sound decision.

We were driving in the right lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us.  My taxi driver slammed on his brakes, skidded and missed the other car by just inches!  The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us. My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. I mean, he was really friendly.  So I asked, 'Why did you just do that? This guy could almost ruin your car and sent us to the hospital!'  This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, 'Law of the Garbage Truck'  He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointments. As and when their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they'll dump it on you.  Don't take it personally. Just smile, wave, wish them
