Code of Conduct adopted for Saket Parisar ALM


Dear All,

Given below is the Code of Conducted adopted for Saket Parisar ALM members at the meeting held today afternoon at Dilip Kankale's office :

Present: Milind Patankar, Dayanand Nene, Dilip Kankale, Prasad Bedekar, Shivaji Kankale, Dr. Anil Ghagare, Hemant Hajare, Vishal Karangutkar, M Prasad.

Apropos the above, I am detailing the Code, which are as under:

1. Saket Parisar Advanced Locality Management (ALM) Group has been formed to solve our locality's problems.

2. This group comprises of residents who are voluntarily coming forward to give their time and expertise for betterment of the entire complex.

3. Our aim is achieving Integrated Development of Saket Parisar.

4. Our aim is self reliance. For all our issues we shall strive to find our own resources and avoid seeking favours from anybody.

5. We are there to complement and not compete with the committee's of complex or towers.

( I know, becoz of our contacts and relations, we have achieved a lot so far- but a lot needs to be done.)

6. Please reach out to more and more people and gather info on their expectations/ suggestions.

7. Don't indulge or encourage in getting in arguments with anybody and just do your work.

8. Also delete from your book any person you feel has a negative mind set.

9. Finally, just recollect what former US President John Kennedy had said:
Don't ask what society has done for you,
Ask what you have done for society...

So, I request all interested in society's development to join the movement and realise our dreams.

Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.

23/10/2017 Dear Saketians, Read the following carefully. It is going to have a impact on our society from now on. Post the 2014 amendments to the byelaws, Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.  The Society cannot implement such Resolution in AGM / SGM and put burden of contributing any money on all the members including the members who are not interested to participate, even though such Resolutions are passed. For Social, Cultural or Recreational activities; Society should use the Reserve Fund as described in Byelaw 147(b)iii, iv and utilise it as indicated in Byelaw 5(d).
