IMPORTANT DECISION REGARDING TRANSPORT TAKEN IN THE SGM HELD IN SOCIETY OFFICE ON JUNE 14, 2015.
1.  AT THE SGM HELD IN SOCIETY, THE HON. MEMBERS UNANIMOUSLY DECIDED TO SHIFT FROM THE ‘FAMILY PASS’ SYSTEM TO INDIVIDUAL PASSES PER MEMBER.
2.  THE PASS RATES WERE REVISED AS UNDER:
a) Individual pass for Saketians            Rs. 275/- pm
b) Individual pass for non Saketians     Rs. 500/- pm
3.  The new rates will come in effect from July 1, 2015 and will be reviewed after 3 months.
4.  No rebate will be given on Transport payment.
5.  Members will be issued new forms from Sunday 21, 2015 which they have to fill up and submit in society office for getting new passes.
6.  The new Bus Time table will be displayed on notice boards shortly.
7.  Payment should  be made in cheque only.
Members are requested to please take note of the above.

Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.

23/10/2017 Dear Saketians, Read the following carefully. It is going to have a impact on our society from now on. Post the 2014 amendments to the byelaws, Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.  The Society cannot implement such Resolution in AGM / SGM and put burden of contributing any money on all the members including the members who are not interested to participate, even though such Resolutions are passed. For Social, Cultural or Recreational activities; Society should use the Reserve Fund as described in Byelaw 147(b)iii, iv and utilise it as indicated in Byelaw 5(d).
