IMPORTANT DECISIONS TAKEN AT THE MANAGING COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON APRIL 3, 2015

1.     Members are requested not to park Scooters and Bikes at the entrances of buildings. They should be parked in the Parking space provided in Ducts.
2.     Members should not bring the Bikes in the Walkathon area.
3.     Members should park Cars ONLY in their allotted parking space. All others should remove their vehicles parked inappropriately, immediately.
4.     Bicycles should not be parked in Staircases – near the Meter Rooms / Notice Boards. Please remove them immediately.
5.     Terrace Keys shall be given only between 10.30 am to 5 pm – after paying a Deposit of Rs. 100/- - which shall be refunded on returning the keys.
6.     Dish Antenna work shall be permitted only between 11 am to 5 pm.
7.     All main gates of buildings shall be closed at 10 pm. After that members should use the Ducts to enter the premises.
8.     Duct (inside) gates shall be closed from 6 am up to 10 pm.
9.     The lights on the Badminton Court shall be switched off at 11 pm.
10.                        Football should be played only in the Hyde Park and that too up to 10 pm only.
11.                        Cricket too should be played only up to 10 pm.
12.                        We have provided Dustbins at vantage points in the Complex. Please use them to throw garbage and tell children not to litter. Also new benches have been installed. PLEASE tell children to use them carefully.

Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.

23/10/2017 Dear Saketians, Read the following carefully. It is going to have a impact on our society from now on. Post the 2014 amendments to the byelaws, Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.  The Society cannot implement such Resolution in AGM / SGM and put burden of contributing any money on all the members including the members who are not interested to participate, even though such Resolutions are passed. For Social, Cultural or Recreational activities; Society should use the Reserve Fund as described in Byelaw 147(b)iii, iv and utilise it as indicated in Byelaw 5(d).
