TO BE FOLLOWED BY MEMBERS WANTING TO SELL THEIR FLATS IN SAKET CHSL
Dear Members,
After discussions with local police officials and in line
with suggestion received from them, we have formulated the following norms for
members wishing to sell his/her flat in Saket CHSL:
1. Members
wishing to sell their flats in Saket CHSL must first intimate the Society
Management in writing along with the name and address of the proposed buyer.
2. The
Society Management then, at a time convenient to them shall interview the
proposed buyer of the flat.
3. After
the interview, in a week’s time the society management shall inform the seller
in writing, about their willingness / unwillingness to accept the proposed
buyer as a member of the society.
4. Only
on receiving the said acceptance letter from the society, should the member
further proceed to complete the formalities of sale/purchase.
5. In
case the member fails to intimate the society in advance about his plan to sell
his flat and concludes the deal without following the procedure mentioned
above, the society management shall reserve its right not to accept the
proposed buyer as a member of the society and shall not give the required NOC
and not transfer the flat in the name of the proposed buyer.
6. If
the society approves the incoming buyer then he shall furnish an Indemnity bond
to the society in the format given in Annexure A.
Please adhere to the above to avoid complications later.
