OPEN FORUM ON TRANSPORT SERVICE.

Dear Saketians,

With a view to have a direct interaction with the residents of the complex and involve them, take their opinion and suggestions on various matters concerning the society, thereby bringing in functional transparency, your committee has decided to hold regular Open Forum meetings.

The first such meeting shall be held on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at 4.30 pm at the Club House on the crucial subject of Transport service.

All people who have taken passes for the service are invited to attend the meeting.

Admission to the hall shall be given on showing the Transport Pass.

We shall review the transport service in this meeting and decide the future course of action.

All members availing the service are requested to be present for this crucial meeting.
