SAFETY OF SAKET PREMISES

SAFETY OF SAKET PREMISES
1.   In a shocking incident, a drug addict had entered our Society premises and was loitering around making lewd gestures at ladies and children before our Security and employee Cyril caught him. He was then handed over to the police by our committee members Shri Vijay Kokane and Bhartesh Shetty, assisted by Shailesh Bane – ex-Saketian.
2.   Vacations have started and children are playing everywhere. Also, many members go out on holidays. It is imperative that we be alert and take precautions for our safety.
3.   Hence, we have decided that all the building gates will be kept in a closed position. We appeal to all members to close them without fail while entering and exiting the buildings.
4.   Those members going out on vacations should close all taps, gas connections and lock their premises properly and leave their contact numbers with their neighbours.
5.   Your committee is considering of installing CCTV cameras at various places in the Society premises. We are also considering fabricating a small gate in the main gate for entry and exit. All this will happen in due course, till then please co-operate in keeping vigil and inform any wayward or untoward incident to Society office or on WhatsApp groups.
6.   We are also planning to put pole barricades near Wescon office to stop dumpers movement in that area. A barricade is also being planned outside C3 building to regulate the movement of outside vehicles in that area.
This is for your information.
