Saket Complex is a cluster of 24 buildings situated in the heart of Thane. Spread over an area of 10 acres, the complex has a scenic view with over 1000 trees planted in the area.
The residents of the complex have been celebrating SAKET SAARVAJANIK GANESHOTSAV in their premises for the past 15 years.
The Utsav is celebrated with pomp and vigour for 5 days and has a footfall of over 12,000 people every year. Children and adults of the complex organize cultural programs to entertain the crowds.
This year, the residents have planned publication of a Saket Directory – a dossier that shall contain names, telephone numbers and profession of the 700 members of the complex. The information shall be a excellent data bank for the advertisers.
We request you to support the Ganeshotsav by either releasing an advertisement in the Directory or by sponsoring one day’s program or putting up an arch at the venue.
The tariffs are as under:

Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.

23/10/2017 Dear Saketians, Read the following carefully. It is going to have a impact on our society from now on. Post the 2014 amendments to the byelaws, Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.  The Society cannot implement such Resolution in AGM / SGM and put burden of contributing any money on all the members including the members who are not interested to participate, even though such Resolutions are passed. For Social, Cultural or Recreational activities; Society should use the Reserve Fund as described in Byelaw 147(b)iii, iv and utilise it as indicated in Byelaw 5(d).
