Various Options for Transport financials

·         ASSUMPTION: It is assumed that primarily the Bus service shall be funded by committed pass holders.
Option 1.
Make the bus pass compulsory for all 672 members @ Rs. 450/- per family pass
(for 4 people).
Option 2.
Scrap the family pass system and give single passes to people @ Rs. 300/- per pass for Saketians and Rs. 500/- for non Saketians.
Option 3.
Select an option from the below:
1.    40 trips per day @ half hour duration starting from 6 am to 11.30 pm
Costing: 40 x 6= 240 x 23 = 5,520- x 30 = Rs.1,65,600/- (for 217).
Rate Rs. 765/- per family pass.
2.    50 trips per day.
Costing: 50 x 6= 300 x 23 = 6900 x 30 = Rs. 2.07,000/- (for 217).
Rate Rs.955/- per family pass.
3.    60 trips per day.
Costing : 60 x 6 = 360 x 23 = 8280 x 30 = Rs. 2,48,400/- (for 217).
 Rate Rs. 1145/- per family pass.
4.    70 trips per day.
Costing: 70 x 6 = 420 x 23 = 9660 x 30 = Rs. 2,89,800/- (for 217).
Rate Rs. 1335/- per family pass.
ASSUMPTION OF NON COMMITTED PEOPLE:
·         Tower 60 x 50 =                    Rs. 30,000/-
·         Rental 70 x 500 =                 Rs. 35,000/-
·         Individual 25 x 500 =           Rs. 12,500/-
Rs. 77,500/-
Less : Saket Admn Charges         Rs. 25,000/-
                                                            Rs. 52,500/-


In that case:
40 trips Rs.1,65,600/- - 52500/- = 1,13,100/-        (525/-)
50 trips Rs. 2,07,000/- - 52500/- = 1,54,500/-       (715/-)
60 trips Rs. 2,48,400/- - 52500/- = 1,95,900/-       (905/-)
70 trips Rs.2,89,800/- - 52500/- =  2,37,300/-       (1095/-)
We propose to start a few services to Hari Niwas Circle / Viviana Mall / Big Bazaar- D Mart on a trail basis.

Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.

23/10/2017 Dear Saketians, Read the following carefully. It is going to have a impact on our society from now on. Post the 2014 amendments to the byelaws, Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.  The Society cannot implement such Resolution in AGM / SGM and put burden of contributing any money on all the members including the members who are not interested to participate, even though such Resolutions are passed. For Social, Cultural or Recreational activities; Society should use the Reserve Fund as described in Byelaw 147(b)iii, iv and utilise it as indicated in Byelaw 5(d).
