* This news is brought by me and the MC is not aware of this as I am still in the TMC while typing the news.
* Naturally, I am sharing this with you for sake of information and not for self publicity as some over smart people will conclude.
The news:
ACB has informed TMC that they can recover the files pertaining to Saket directly from the court.
( Problem is that I personally had searched the files in Court godowns for 6 hours but not found them).
TMC is seriously thinking of granting the OC - we are listening it for over a year now - issue is about the building stability certificate and the numerous alterations made by members and the quantum of penalty to be levied.
I - whether some people like it or not , because according to me their contribution is zero - I will keep on trying to get the penalty for making alterations waived.
One request:
I am doing this out of my commitment to the place I live.
I don't give a damn what some over smart people think about me as for me they don't exist.
Please don't thank me or give me any credit as it causes stomach upsets for some people.

Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.

23/10/2017 Dear Saketians, Read the following carefully. It is going to have a impact on our society from now on. Post the 2014 amendments to the byelaws, Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.  The Society cannot implement such Resolution in AGM / SGM and put burden of contributing any money on all the members including the members who are not interested to participate, even though such Resolutions are passed. For Social, Cultural or Recreational activities; Society should use the Reserve Fund as described in Byelaw 147(b)iii, iv and utilise it as indicated in Byelaw 5(d).
