Proceedings of the adjourned AGM dated October 16, 2016 - and The failed Saket Surgical strike that resulted in a loss of Rs. 90.000/- to our Society.

The Hon Secretary,
Saket CHSL,
Thane (W) 400601.

Dear Sir,

I thank you for acceding to my request and providing me with the CD of the proceedings of the adjourned AGM dated October 16, 2016.
I shall be detailing my observations on the same in different emails and if I try to pack them in one mail it will run into several pages.
Hence, I shall be sending my observations in subject wise different emails.
I shall also be sharing these emails with all members of the society whose email ids I possess so that they are also aware of the second side of the coin.

As this has been possible for me only due to the video recording made available to me - I shall be commenting on observations made about the need to video record General body proceedings.

I the meeting, the new poster boy of certain people in the Managing Committee, Mr. Pradeep Gupta was allowed to speak by the dias for an extended period of time.
What he spoke was a bunch of half truths and lies with a clear intention to malign my image and lower my esteem in the eyes of people.

Sadly, in this he had tacit support of the dias - since the office bearers sitting on the dias gave him my email to reply - when the email was addressed to the Managing Committee and an outsider like Mr Gupta had no business to answer it - as the Managing Committee had not authorized him to do so.
It is video recorded on the 35th minute of the recording, Pradeep Gupta is seeing asking the Chair - what was his other objection and the Chair answering - a clear indication that what he was raping me without taking my name had tacit approval of certain office bearers - which is a shame.
Over the next few days I will be exposing the bunch of lies by him and how actually he has insulted the intellect of all my previous colleagues who had served voluntarily on different Managing Committee's.
I shall also expose how he has buggered up our Society accounts instead of correcting them.

Coming to todays mail's agenda, at 21.43 minutes after the starting of the video recording, you see Pradeep Gupta criticizing that society management is wasting society money for such video shooting which is unnecessary and not needed in the first place.

# I am attaching herewith a circular by the Cooperation Dept., Ministry of Cooperation, Govt of Maharashtra which very clearly states that it is mandatory for all Cooperative Housing Societies to video shoot their General body meetings.
This nails the first lie.
Await more.

This correspondence is having malice towards none in personal capacity but to present the correct story which was distorted in my absence.

Regards,

Dayanand Nene

2] The failed Saket Surgical strike that resulted in a loss of Rs. 90.000/- to our Society.

Dear Saketians,
1) In our last AGM some Office bearers on the Dias announced that since they had taken over, they have found / or they were told by someone that our society records are not maintained properly at all and a Surgical strike ' was required to set things right.

2) For that Surgical strike they had selected Ms. Sarla Jagtap of M/s. Kaustubh & Co.
They were - as announced by the Chair in the AGM - referred by Mr. Chary and were supposed to be the new Messiah who would lead Saket from darkness to light.

3) As per the Managing Committee meeting minutes for the month of April 2016, Kaustubh & Co. would be outsourced the total accounting of Saket and they were to provide us monthly Income and Expenditure statement, Monthly Debtors outstanding of all members, monthly or quarterly Trail Balance as required by us and bring everything updated online as early as possible, once the accounts for 2015-16 are provided to them.
Their monthly remuneration was fixed at Rs. 15,000/-.

4) The minutes of the May MC meeting state that Kaustubh & Co. have already started writing this year's accounts.

5) The minutes of the June MC meeting state that the current years accounts are being completed on a monthly basis and from July onwards we will be able to discuss the Monthly reports generated by Kaustubh &  Co.

6) The July meeting minutes are totally silent on the matter. Ditto silence in August and September.

7) Post the Surgical strike language used in the AGM where it was mentioned that our office does not have I Register, J Register etc  - when in reality everything is there - maybe at a particular point could be incomplete - when it was inquired about what happened to the Messiah Kaustubh & Co., we realized that we had found a new Poster boy - on whose advice Kaustubh & Co. were sacked.

On inquiring about the various reports that they blamed that we didn't have and they were supposed to give - we realized that they had given us a 'thenga' - 👎.

And the most disgusting part was that we had paid them Rs. 90,000/- for their 6 month association with us..

Won't it be worth introspecting why the Surgical strike failed..??

P.S. - If the CD of our last AGM or our Managing Committee meeting minutes land on the table of the Registrar - our Managing Committee will be dismissed in no time.
