SAKETIANS - FOR YOUR SAKE BE ATTENTIVE IN AGM'S - READ YOUR BALANCE SHEETS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ENDORSE THEM

Dear Saketians,

What will you call a person who can convert a loss of Rs. 38 lakhs into a profit of Rs. 4.62 lakhs..?  - A Financial Wizard..right..?

What will you call a person who converts a loss of Rs. 38 lakhs into a profit of Rs. 4.62 lakhs in 21 days - and that too after the books have closed..?? - A Financial Hazard..??

And what would you call the Office bearers who have signed both these statements ' in good faith ' - within a span of 21 days..? .. without bothering to inform people how it was possible..
- I leave it to your wisdom to answer..

Yes.. it has happened in Saket in last year's AGM because you let it happen - Because you did not question how it could be possible?

And if indeed there is a profit from the year 2015 onwards - there was no reason at all to increase the Maintenance bill by almost double.

Poster boy PG please prove that you are right - that there is no loss as mentioned by you in the AGM and in the Balance Sheet and I will use my good office to convince the Managing Committee to cancel the Maintenance Bill increase and return the excess money collected to all Saketians..
And I will tender an unconditional apology to all Saketians for convincing them to sanction the increase and quit public life in Saket..

Please see attached 3 slides..

( await further mails..)

Regards,

Dayanand Nene
