2. If the society, Saket CHS Ltd., has applied for OC, then please make available copies of the original application. ( we are ready to pay for the Xerox copies).
3. Please inform whether Saket CHSL, Thane has submitted Stability Certificate of its 24 buildings required for Occupation Certificate under the new Amnesty scheme.
4. If yes, please make available copies of the original stability certificate submitted. ( We are ready to pay for the Xerox copies of the same.).
5. Please whether TMC has completed the survey of all 672 flats in 24 buildings for assessing alterations done by members of Saket CHS Ltd., Thane – for purpose of granting of OC under new amnesty scheme.
6. If yes, please make available the Xerox copies of the original assessment done alongwith with file notings and remarks. ( We are ready to pay for the Xerox copies of the same.)

Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.

23/10/2017 Dear Saketians, Read the following carefully. It is going to have a impact on our society from now on. Post the 2014 amendments to the byelaws, Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.  The Society cannot implement such Resolution in AGM / SGM and put burden of contributing any money on all the members including the members who are not interested to participate, even though such Resolutions are passed. For Social, Cultural or Recreational activities; Society should use the Reserve Fund as described in Byelaw 147(b)iii, iv and utilise it as indicated in Byelaw 5(d).
