Sub: Developmental works in Saket Parisar


1) It is said that for those who want to work, no hurdle can stop them.
We at Saket Parisar ALM, are one of that kind.
Unlike the 3 idiots, we don't need to back stab anyone and grab power and do shining.
We create opportunities and quietly do work that has lasting value for the entire Saket Parisar.
2) The latest works in our string of works over the past 10 years is the successful completion of the concretization of our 2 roads - Mahalaxmi Temple to Rustomjee junction and the other road from Saket Towers to the end of the Shopping Complex.

3) Both the roads now have been broadened, proper foot paths have been made near Shopping center.
4) The road from Rustomjee junction to the highway will be relaid and tarred before monsoon.
5) All this repair work was done at a cost of appx 2.75 crore and we thank our Corporator and ALM advisors Suhas Desai for the same.
6) Another development work was the partial construction of a wall at the Children's Park to prevent unlawful elements from entering the park.
Very soon, the entire area of the parks shall be properly walled from all sides. 
Special thanks to our other Corporator Mrs Ankita Anil Shinde for the same. 
The TMC and our Corporators have promised us that they will renovate both the parks and make them the most beautiful park in Thane City.
Work on the same shall commence shortly.

Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.

23/10/2017 Dear Saketians, Read the following carefully. It is going to have a impact on our society from now on. Post the 2014 amendments to the byelaws, Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.  The Society cannot implement such Resolution in AGM / SGM and put burden of contributing any money on all the members including the members who are not interested to participate, even though such Resolutions are passed. For Social, Cultural or Recreational activities; Society should use the Reserve Fund as described in Byelaw 147(b)iii, iv and utilise it as indicated in Byelaw 5(d).
