Sub: Continued flouting of byelaws and norms of good governance by Office bearers of Saket CHS Ltd.
Dear Sir,
I am attaching herewith a notification received from the Secretary of the society regarding a meeting of the Managing Committee scheduled for July 29, 2019.
1) What is shocking is that the Secretary has chosen to hide the fact from MC members that you - the Dy Registrar has convened a hearing of the society on July 30, 2019, regarding the complaint made by me about the mismanagement of Saket affairs.
This notice does not make any mention of the same.
2) The notice mentions 'discussion on accounts' and ' fixing date and agenda of the AGM'.
3) This is equally shocking as we MC members have no knowledge about whether the society has sent last year's accounts for Audit.
4) As per the byelaws, the accounts have to be prepared by the Managing Committee, adopted in an MC meeting and then sent for Audit.
This has not been done. No accounts have ever been circulated to the MC members.
Now that I have complained to you, they will overwrite about this in the MC meeting minutes register - as they always do.
5) I spoke to our Auditor just now. He told me that he had been abroad for past 10 days and had very clearly inforned the society's office bearers that he would be able to complete the audit only in 1st week of August.
Why then this stupidity of fixing the date and agenda of the AGM when there is still ample time.

6) The only reason इ find is that they may be wanting to do damage control before the hearing - include the subject of Parking to impress you.
Sir, this is विनाश काले विपरीत बुद्धी.
The Saket office bearers have total disregard for the law and continue to flout them with impunity.
