Feedback of Otis Elevator - Misrepresentation of Contract terms

Feedback regarding Otis:

I promise you I will never use this company again! After spending close to Rs.10,00,000.00 to retrofit a new Otis Elevator in a building we were presented with a service agreement.
Or mistake was not taking the time to carefully read it. They assured us that they would change it. We took them at their word.
They have an onerous service contract whereby you must wait 5 years for it to end. Then they give you a 30 day window to terminate the contract.
If you forget or you don't it, the contract automatically renews for another 5 years!
We were informed that the contract would be modified and of course it was not. There salesperson had selective memory concerning the representations made and denied making them.
Review about: Otis Elevator Elevator.
Reason of review: onerous maintenance contract.
Preferred solution: terminate the service contract.

Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.

23/10/2017 Dear Saketians, Read the following carefully. It is going to have a impact on our society from now on. Post the 2014 amendments to the byelaws, Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.  The Society cannot implement such Resolution in AGM / SGM and put burden of contributing any money on all the members including the members who are not interested to participate, even though such Resolutions are passed. For Social, Cultural or Recreational activities; Society should use the Reserve Fund as described in Byelaw 147(b)iii, iv and utilise it as indicated in Byelaw 5(d).
