Request for information about what action is being taken about 3 Important issues raised by me. May 6, 2018

Dear Sirs,

I had written to you earlier and then you had also taken the following 2 subjects raised by me for discussion  in the last Managing Committee meeting.

1) Writing letters to Sanjay Tupe & Co. and Kaustubh & Co., asking them to return our society money for services not performed by them.
2) Calling an SGM to decide on the Parking Policy for the society.

3) Decision being taken as to how to deal with the Rs. 35 lakhs profit shown in the Society accounts last year.

I request you to please reply to me, preferably in writing as to what do you propose to do with the above.

Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.

23/10/2017 Dear Saketians, Read the following carefully. It is going to have a impact on our society from now on. Post the 2014 amendments to the byelaws, Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.  The Society cannot implement such Resolution in AGM / SGM and put burden of contributing any money on all the members including the members who are not interested to participate, even though such Resolutions are passed. For Social, Cultural or Recreational activities; Society should use the Reserve Fund as described in Byelaw 147(b)iii, iv and utilise it as indicated in Byelaw 5(d).
