NOTICE OF THE 21ST ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING 
Notice is hereby given that the 21st Annual General Body Meeting of the members of Saket CHS Ltd, Thane will be held on Saturday, 27th March, 2021 on Zoom (Audio Visual Means – OAVM) at 10.30 am. 
The following AGENDA will be transacted in the meeting: 1.                  To read and approve the minutes of the last AGM held on 29th September 2019. 
2.            To ratify the audited accounts for the financial year April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020 approved and adopted by the Managing Committee as per Govt. Covid Notification Dt.02nd November 2020. 
3.            To ratify the appointment of Statutory Auditor M/s. Mahavir S Jain, Chartered Accountant (Empanelment No.18414) for the financial year 2020-2021 appointed by the Managing Committee as per Govt. Covid Notification Dt.02nd November 2020. 
4.            To ratify collection of Repairs fund @ Rs.3/- per sq. ft. per month for one year from July 2020 to June 2021 approved by the Managing Committee. 
5.            Any other important matter/s with the permission of the Chair. 
6.            Vote of thanks. 
Note: 1  In light of the COVID-19 situation and pursuant to the relevant order/s by the Government from time to time under the COVID19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Managing Committee has decided that the Annual General Meeting will be conducted on Zoom (Audio Visual Means - OAVM). 
The link of the meeting will be provided well in advance on all WhatsApp Groups and on MyGate Application. 
2.  If there is no quorum at the specified time, the meeting will be adjourned for 15 minutes on the same date, and at adjourned meeting business in the agenda shall be transacted irrespective of completion of quorum. 
3.  Member or Associate member can only attend the meeting and vote as prescribed in the Section 27 of Maharashtra State Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. 
4.  Members desiring to seek any clarification on any item relating to Accounts or other agenda items are requested to submit their queries either by email to saketchsmanager@gmail.com or in writing to the Manager of the Society, addressed to the Hon. Secretary at least 7 days before the meeting date, so as to enable providing response to the queries raised at the Meeting. 
5.            Members are requested to mention their attendance with Bldg. No & Flat No. on chat window to enable Managing Committee to keep attendance register.
