Saket Parisar Advanced Locality Management [ALM]

 Saket OC issue : How arrogant and egoistic and incompetent Office bearers wasted 4 years by overlooking purposely this information which was shared by me repeatedly since 2018.. This information has been available on saketparisaralm blog for past 4 years.. Please read point no. 2 and 3 carefully and you will realize that OC was not given by TMC because of laxity on part of Saket office bearers and Nene had no role in it. In fact, the office bearers and the local MLA were continuosly misleading Saketians - एक सही बाकी राहिली आहे etc etc. Shame on such third class incompetent people.

 *साकेतसाठी ओसी* 1. गेल्या 5 वर्षांपासून, साकेतच्या पदाधिकाऱ्यांनी मला बदनाम करून समाजात माझी पत कमी करण्याच्या कुटील हेतूने साकेत रहिवाशांमध्ये माझी प्रतिमा आणि नाव खराब केले आहे की श्री नेने यांनी साकेतची ओसी थांबावली आहे. 2. मी TMC कडून RTI द्वारा मिळालेले खरे कारण WA वर 2018 पासून किमान 10 वेळा आणि साकेत परिसार ALM ब्लॉगवर पोस्ट केले आहे, तरीही या थर्ड क्लास हलकट लोकांनी माझे नाव बदनाम करणे सुरूच ठेवले आहे. 3. मला वाईट एकाच गोष्टीचे वाटते की साकेतच्या सुज्ञ लोकांनी या खोट्या कथांवर विश्वास ठेवला होता आणि 2018 च्या SGM मध्ये पदाधिकार्‍यांनी भडकावल्यानंतर मला शारिरीक इजा करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला होता. ३ अ. मी त्यानंतर सोसायटीत चाललेल्या चुकीच्या कामकाजावर आवाज उठवत राहिलो. माझ्या तक्रारींची दखल घेत उप निबंधकाने सोसायटी कामकाजाबाबत inspection लावले.  त्यावेळी झालेल्या पहिल्याच मीटिंग मध्ये त्यावेळचा अध्यक्ष हजारे आणि रिपेअर कमिटीच्या शिवराम यांनी माझ्या अंगावर धावून येत मला मारण्याचा प्रयत्न केला होता. मी त्यांच्या विरुध्द राबोडी पोलिस स्टेशन मध्ये NC सुध्दा नोंदवली होती आणि पोल...

 *Encroachment ke khilaaf*: Today morning, March 20, our Corporator Suhas Desai, myself, a TMC official and their staff went round the slums near Saket pipeline. As police protection was not available today, we decided to interact with them directly. We told them that they will be evicted from here unless they go themselves. In case of eviction, we told them that their belongings may get damaged and destroyed. They told us that they had come from near the new Kopri bridge and Teen Haath Naka flyover. They took names of Shivsena Corporators and a Asst Commissioner of TMC and said that they have told them to stay here. We phoned all three and expectedly they went in denial mode. TMC official has given them time till Monday to vacate the place else they will be evicted. This is for your information. Dayanand Nene

*ओसी (OC ) नसलेल्या इमारतींमधील रहिवाशांना दिलासा - अलर्ट सिटीझन्स फोरम च्या प्रयत्नांना यश* मुंबई।  मुंबईत अंशतः भोगवटा प्रमाणपत्र घेऊन नंतर तेथील रहिवाशांना वार्‍यावर सोडणार्‍या विकासकांना चाप लावतानाच या रहिवाशांना सोसावा लागणारा भुर्दंड कायमचा दूर करण्यासाठी राज्य सरकार लवकरच धोरणात्मक निर्णय घेईल, अशी ग्वाही राज्याचे नगरविकास मंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी मंगळवारी दिली. तसेच याबाबत समिती गठीत करून येत्या महिनाभरात निर्णय घेण्यात येईल, असेही स्पष्ट केले. या निर्णयामुळे वर्षांनुवर्षे कोणताही दोष नसतानाही नाहक त्रास सहन करणार्‍या नागरिकांना मोठा दिलासा मिळणार आहे. अलर्ट सिटीझन्स फोरम तर्फे आम्ही भोगावटा प्रमाणपत्र नसणाऱ्या इमारतीन्ना राहत मिळावी आणि अशा जुन्या, कायदेशीर पण OC नसलेल्या इमारतीन्ना एकतर OC कुठलीही पेनल्टी न लावता देऊन टाकावी अथवा अमुक वर्ष जुन्या बिल्डिंग असतील तर OC संबंधी धोरणत्मक निर्णय घ्यावा यासाठी गेली अनेक वर्षे प्रयत्नशील आहोत. देवेंद्र फडणवीस मुख्यमंत्री असताना त्यांनी OC आणि कन्व्हेयन्स संबंधीत अनेक जाचक अटी शिथिल केल्या होत्या. मात्र त्यानंतर  2019 मध्ये ...
