 *साकेतसाठी ओसी*

1. गेल्या 5 वर्षांपासून, साकेतच्या पदाधिकाऱ्यांनी मला बदनाम करून समाजात माझी पत कमी करण्याच्या कुटील हेतूने साकेत रहिवाशांमध्ये माझी प्रतिमा आणि नाव खराब केले आहे की श्री नेने यांनी साकेतची ओसी थांबावली आहे.

2. मी TMC कडून RTI द्वारा मिळालेले खरे कारण WA वर 2018 पासून किमान 10 वेळा आणि साकेत परिसार ALM ब्लॉगवर पोस्ट केले आहे, तरीही या थर्ड क्लास हलकट लोकांनी माझे नाव बदनाम करणे सुरूच ठेवले आहे.

3. मला वाईट एकाच गोष्टीचे वाटते की साकेतच्या सुज्ञ लोकांनी या खोट्या कथांवर विश्वास ठेवला होता आणि 2018 च्या SGM मध्ये पदाधिकार्‍यांनी भडकावल्यानंतर मला शारिरीक इजा करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला होता.

३ अ. मी त्यानंतर सोसायटीत चाललेल्या चुकीच्या कामकाजावर आवाज उठवत राहिलो. माझ्या तक्रारींची दखल घेत उप निबंधकाने सोसायटी कामकाजाबाबत inspection लावले. 

त्यावेळी झालेल्या पहिल्याच मीटिंग मध्ये त्यावेळचा अध्यक्ष हजारे आणि रिपेअर कमिटीच्या शिवराम यांनी माझ्या अंगावर धावून येत मला मारण्याचा प्रयत्न केला होता. मी त्यांच्या विरुध्द राबोडी पोलिस स्टेशन मध्ये NC सुध्दा नोंदवली होती आणि पोलिसांना घटनेची व्हिडियो क्लिप दिली होती. पुढे या घटनेने व्यथित होऊन मी सोसायटी कामकाजातून अंग काढून घेतले आहे.

4. असे म्हटले जाते की 'सत्य परेशान हो सकता है - पराभूत नही'.

5. टीएमसीने साकेतच्या सचिवांना टीएमसीने साकेत ला ओसी का दिलेली नाही याबद्दल दिलेले ताजे उत्तर मी यासह पोस्ट करत आहे.

यातील पॉईंट क्र 3, नीट वाचा आणि ओसी का दिलेली नाही याचे उत्तर तुम्हाला मिळेल .

मला आशा आहे की यानंतर या दळभद्री खोटारड्या लोकांवर कोणी विश्वास ठेवणार नाही.

*OC for Saket*

1. For past 5 years, the office bearers of Saket have with malafide intentions, maligned my image and name amongst residents that Mr. Nene has stopped Saket OC.

2. I have posted the real reason received from TMC on WA atleast 10 times and on the Saket Parisar ALM blog since 2018, still these people have continued to malign my name.

3. I am appalled that the worthy people of Saket had believed these false stories and in a 2018 SGM had tried to physically harm me on the office bearers inciting also.

3A. I continued my fight against the mismanagement of society affairs and the DDR ordered an inspection of society affairs u/s 89A. However, in the very first meeting with the IO of the DDR, the then Chairman Hazare and Shivram from Repair Committee tried to physically assault me in front of the Govt official.

I had then lodged an NC against them in Rabodi Police Station and also informed members on WA. Disgusted with their behaviour I decided to quit society affairs.

4. It is said के 'सत्य परेशान हो सकता है, पराभूत नही '.

5. I am posting herewith the latest reply given by TMC to the Secretary of Saket regarding why TMC has not given OC.

Read Pt. no. 3, and you will have the answer why OC has not been given.

With reference to the above subject I wish to submit as under :

I am reproducing my earlier letter sent to you last year on January 13, 2021:

With reference to the above subject, my submission is as under:

1) Your office had ordered an inspection of the affairs of Saket CHS Ltd., Thane, based on my complaint last year.

2) The inspection was scheduled for February 4th, 2020 and you had appointed your officer Ravindra Patil for the same.

3) On the day of the inspection, your Mr Patil had visited the society office and was witness to the unruly behaviour against me, stage managed by the Office bearers alongwith other members illegally invited for the meeting.

4) I had then filed an NC with the Rabodi Police Station against the Chairman Mr Hemant Hajare and Repair Committee member Mr Shivram for threatening me as I feared that they can cause physical harm to me.

5) The copy of the said NC was sent to you for information.

6) The Society had sought time to reply to the points raised by me and was granted the same.

7) Then Covid happened and was followed by the lockdown.

8) Understanding the gravity of the situation and the changed priorities, I also did not follow up with your office regarding the outcome of my complaint and your inspection.

9) However, now that things are near normal, please let me know what was the Society reply, if any and when received and what are the next steps that your office intends to take on the subject.

10) Please let me know this at the earliest as I intend to lodge a FIR for fraud of Rs. 25 lakhs committed by the Office bearers and concerned Repair Committee members in the renovation of the society lifts.

I request you to answer my letters and let me know of the status update ASAP.

महोदय,

माझे नाव दयानंद जयंत नेने, वय ५९ वर्ष, राहणार A7/303, Saket Complex, Thane (W) 40601.

वरील विषयावर मला नमूद करायचे आहे की:

1) मी साकेत संकुलात गेली २५ वर्षे राहत आहे. मी या संकुलाच्या माजी चेअरमन तथा सचिव राहिलो आहे आणि सध्या मी व्यवस्थापन समिती चा सदस्य आहे.

2) आमच्या संकुलाच्या पदाधिकाऱ्यां बरोबर गृह संकुल कसा चालवायचा या वरून माझे अध्यक्ष आणि सचिवांच्या बरोबर वाद सुरू आहेत. त्यावरून मी त्यांच्या विरुद्ध उपनिबंधक कार्यालयात तक्रार केली आहे. 

3) माझ्या तक्रारीवर अंमल करताना उपनिबंधकांनी आज आमच्या सोसायटीची कार्यालयीन चौकशी करण्याचे निर्देश दिले होते.

4) त्यानुसार, उपनिबंधक कार्यालयातून आज श्री रवींद्र पाटील साहेब तपासणी साठी सोसायटी ऑफिसमध्ये आले होते.

5) त्यावेळी त्या ठिकाणी सोसायटी चे अध्यक्ष हेमंत हजारे, सचिव शशी नायर, खजिनदार गौतम मुजुमदार, व्यवस्थापन समिती सदस्य दिलीप कंकाळे, रमेश साळवे, सोनिया खन्ना तसेच अन्य श्री शिवराम सुब्रमण्यम, गोपाळ चारी उपस्थित होते.

6) तपासणी च्या सुरुवातीलाच ते सर्व श्री रवींद्र पाटील साहेबांवर घोळक्याने दबाव आणण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत होते.

7) मी पाटील साहेबांना विनंती केली की तुम्ही व्यवस्थापन समिती आणि सोसायटी चे पदाधिकारी सोडून बाकी सर्वांना बाहेर जायला सांगा.

8) यावर शिवराम सुब्रमण्यम आणि हेमंत हजारे माझ्यावर धावून आले आणि मला शिवीगाळ करू लागले।

9) हेमंत हजारे माझ्याकडे बोट दाखवून काहीबाही बरळत होता तर शिवराम सुब्रमण्यम यांनीतर तुला आम्ही सोसायटी तून उचलून फेकून देऊ अशी धमकी दिली आणि माझ्या समोर दोनदा टेबलावर हात आपटले।

10) इतर सदस्य नुसते बसून गम्मत पहात होते व कोणी माझ्या मदतीला आले नाही। हा सर्व प्रकार सरकारी अधिकारी श्री रवींद्र पाटील यांच्या समक्ष घडला।

11) सोसायटी च्या राजकारणात हेमंत हजारे हे मला अनेकदा टाकून बोलले आहेत - माझं वाईट चिंतत असतात आणि माझ्या पत्नी बद्दल उलट सुलट अफवा पसरवून तिची नालस्ती करीत असतात।

12) आजच्या त्यांच्या आणि शिवराम सुब्रमण्यम यांच्या वागण्यानंतर माझ्या मनात धडकीच भरली आहे। हे दोघे माझ्या जीवाचे काळे बेरे करू शकतात।

13) आजच्या0प्रकारची शहानिशा तुम्हाला आम्ही बसलो होतो त्या ठिकाणच्या CCTV कॅमेऱ्याच्या फुटेज वरून करता येईल।

14) तरी आपणास नम्र विनंती आहे की आपण साकेत गृह संकुलाचे अध्यक्ष हेमंत हजारे आणि त्याच संकुलात B2 इमारतीत राहणारे शिवराम सुब्रमण्यम यांच्या विरुद्ध माझ्या तर्फे NC नोंदवावी आणि त्यांना योग्य त्या IPC कलमानुसार सक्त ताकीद देऊन माझ्या पासून किमान 50 मीटर दूर राहण्याची ऑर्डर द्यावी।
