 [07/09, 9:06 am] Vidya Vijyan Menon: Once again requesting that ABC Rules 2023 be followed by the feeding community.

Maneka Gandhi's  letter ( as fowarded in this group) be followed by the feeders..





1)There are too many strays.

They come becoz food is readily available.

2) provide the list of community dogs adopted by the feeders and the status of their vaccination records.👈🏼.This is again as per Maneka Gandhi's letter.

3.Apart from those community dogs( the exact number is still not being provided).the rest has to be removed out.

Insisting on it becoz as past few incidents show...nobody  takes  responsibility  when property is damaged or a victim is attacked.

One more seat cover of a bike torn.

Feeding  done on the sly at the entrance of one person's villa.owner is never aware  when the feeding is done.

Leftover remains there. As per Maneka Gandhi's letter circulated here..👉🏽Feeders are responsible for keeping the feeding place clean .Feeding should be away from entrances  and also away from places where senior citizens n children move about.

Leftovers remains not only being unhygenic...sure invitation to rodents and in search of rodents ( matlab rats, mice) comes 🪱snakes..

This too I am not saying. Feeders can correct me if I am wrong but

Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.

23/10/2017 Dear Saketians, Read the following carefully. It is going to have a impact on our society from now on. Post the 2014 amendments to the byelaws, Society cannot charge or demand money / donation for the Cultural/Festival Expenses from their members/residents.  The Society cannot implement such Resolution in AGM / SGM and put burden of contributing any money on all the members including the members who are not interested to participate, even though such Resolutions are passed. For Social, Cultural or Recreational activities; Society should use the Reserve Fund as described in Byelaw 147(b)iii, iv and utilise it as indicated in Byelaw 5(d).
