*Friends,*

*You must have read my 10 year old letter and text circulated to you all by me last week regarding the issue of OC and seen the FB photo attached as proof*

• *After a long delay due to political uncertainty from 2019 then Covid, our Govt has finally yet decisively taken up the issue which I had raised from 2015 thru my letter*.

*I have been trying since 2015 to :*

*(1) Get minor alterations condoned thru enactment of law, and,*

*(2) Get all penalties attached to those alterations and penalty for occupying the building without OC waived - by a one time Amnesty scheme*

*I have been subjected to massive defamation campaign, false propaganda and slander past 8 years in our society - by incompetent people who don't understand law and wished that they can squeeze out the OC by political threats and /or manipulation*.

*Today, I stand vindicated and tension free as finally my demands for the good of members of our society are about to get fulfilled*

• *In this video clip, our Minister and my friend Ashish Shelar has elaborately explained details of our meeting with him this week*

• *Friends, by October 2nd the Govt will draft a new policy for clearing pending OCs - without any penalty*

• *So very soon we too will get our OC with all alterations condoned and no penalty. This will save all members from Rs 30,000/- to Rs 5 Lakhs - depending on size of their flats*.

• *Friends, when society Managing Committee members were abusing me and inciting members against me - I was quietly doing my work. I never opened my mouth. Bore all the pain.*

• *But I promise, post October 2nd - I will tell everything to all of you*
