Yet Another attempt at land grabbing by Rustomjee Builders near Saket

CC: Shri Sanjay Kelkar, MLA; Shri Jeetendra Awhad, MLA Shri Najeeb Mulla,  Shri Suhas Desai, Shri Milind Patankar - Corporators Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to complaint once again about yet another attempt by Rustomjee builders to grab the piece of land opposite to Saket Complex. Today, myself and our Corporator Shri Suhas Desai have thwarted his attempt - but they will come again.  The person from Rustomjee builders showed us an approved plan given by TMC to them bearing no. 1299/14 and 505/0022/10 dated 9/12/2014 to build an unspecified thing over there. I am enclosing the requisite photographs for your perusal. Collateral effort by me to turn lack of OC into opportunity

  File note - late upload. Saket doesn't have OC . The reason given by TMC is that there is a deviation from the original approved plan by the builder and then there has been a lot of illegal alterations done by members. I will dwell on how to regularise things if asked for by Society members. However, I have made an attempt to try and convert the lack of OC into opportunity by initiating discussion with the TMC to extend the Cluster Redevelopment scheme to Saket.

[10/09, 9:21 am] Vikas Saykhedkar: Gentle Reminder.. please come to meeting 🙏🙏 APPEAL TO ALL MEMBERS  Dear Saketians, As aware we have been making huge contribution for capital repairs for last 5 yrs (My contribution 1860X 60=111600 for 620 sq ft flat.. calculate your own).  However the work still not completed and present MC continues to demand more and more funds in the Name of capital repairs which indicates they have been spending our hard earn savings haphazardly with an open end budget with no time limit and no concrete plan of total cost estimate to complete entire project,  funds collected,  funds needed, how much they will recover from defaulters,  what strict  legal actions initiated for recovery of old dues (43 lacs) from defaulters and what internal actions taken to stop their  maintenance services which they are enjoying free at our cost. Now Rs 50 lacs is being asked to take from contingency fund but no account given of all earlier such withdrawal whether put back or no

The real reason for me boycotting society meetings

 🛑 The real reason behind me not attending meeting: • In 2020 February, the Dy Registrar had appointed a special inquiry into the functioning of the society. • In the very first meeting, the people who were supposed to attend the meeting were only MC members - becoz the inquiry was against them. • But the MC brought 25-30 other members to attend the meeting. • As the meeting started they all started heckling me in front of the Govt official. • 2 members Hazare and Shivram tried to physically asault me - I have a video recording of the same which I had submitted to the police. • I had then lodged an NC against these 2 people - proof of it is available on my blog www.saketparisaralm.blogspot.com . • Then Covid and lockdown happened. • The MC continued its illegal activities of doing things without proper sanction but I stopped opposing as tackling Covid was more important at that time. • Then under intense family pressure not to waste my time on unproductive activities like infighting i

Maneka Gandhi's  letter ( as fowarded in this group) be followed by the feeders.. 1)There are too many strays. They come becoz food is readily available. 2) provide the list of community dogs adopted by the feeders and the status of their vaccination records.👈🏼.This is again as per Maneka Gandhi's letter. 3.Apart from those community dogs( the exact number is still not being provided).the rest has to be removed out.  Saket OC issue : How arrogant and egoistic and incompetent Office bearers wasted 4 years by overlooking purposely this information which was shared by me repeatedly since 2018.. This information has been available on saketparisaralm blog for past 4 years.. Please read point no. 2 and 3 carefully and you will realize that OC was not given by TMC because of laxity on part of Saket office bearers and Nene had no role in it. In fact, the office bearers and the local MLA were continuosly misleading Saketians - एक सही बाकी राहिली आहे etc etc. Shame on such third class incompetent people.
