  Dear Saketians, 1) In our last AGM, a lot of frivolous remarks were passed on appointment of Auditors of the society by the office bearers and their Poster boy PG. 2) Loose comments were made that ' ये पॅनेल मे नहीं है तो उसको बोलो की किसी पॅनेल वाले का sign लेलो etc etc. 3) The Poster boy PG went on to say that because of me ( he was clever in avoiding direct reference to me) objecting and insisting that the society should appoint an auditor from the panel - society lost 1.5 lakh rupees. 4) This is called ' ulta chor kotwal ko daate'. Instead of blaming those who wasted money by appointing and paying an  auditor who was not on the Govt panel - Mr. Poster boy PG  was blaming me in my absence - well part of the connivance he had with certain members of the Dias. The Hon. Secretary, Saket  CHSL, Thane (W) 400601. Dear Sir, I refer to the draft minutes of the AGM sent by you to me  along with the CD of the proceedings. On going through the CD my observations are: 1) First of all, Pradeep Gupta had no business to address the meeting and talk on behalf of the Managing Committee. 2) Was he authorized by the Managing Committee to do so, if yes then in which meeting and whether is it minuted ? According to my knowledge - no. 3) What Pradeep Gupta had said there is a whole lot of bulshit and half truths. He was criticizing the Managing Committee,  baselessly levelling false allegations and should have been stopped by the Chair, instead all seemed to be enjoying the scenario. 4) At one point of time when he asked Mr. Abhyankar a question and Mr Abhyankar sarcastically refused to answer him, it was shocking to see members of the Dias and off it actually clapping?? 5) As informed to you earlier, I am going to reply and rebut...

The Hon Secretary, Saket  CHSL, Thane (W) 400601. Dear Sir, I thank you for acceding to my request and providing me with the CD of the proceedings of the adjourned AGM dated October 16, 2016. I shall be detailing my observations on the same in different emails and if I try to pack them in one mail it will run into several pages. Hence, I shall be sending my observations in subject wise different emails. I shall also be sharing these emails with all members of the society whose email ids I possess so that they are also aware of the second side of the coin. As this has been possible for me only due to the video recording made available to me - I shall be commenting on observations made about the need to video record General body proceedings. I the meeting, the new poster boy of certain people in the Managing Committee, Mr. Pradeep Gupta was allowed to speak by the dias for an extended period of time. What he spoke was a bunch of half truths and lies with a clear intent...

Dear Saketians, What will you call a person who can convert a loss of Rs. 38 lakhs into a profit of Rs. 4.62 lakhs..?  - A Financial Wizard..right..?
